What benching used to look like
here we go: Raw, drug free and using serious muscle to do the job.Dennis Cieri benches 525.
geoff, agreed. but the supergear aint going no where but raw is definitely making a comeback. people want to see real muscle strength,not fabric strengh.

no you're right, he's an elbows out, pec bencher. old school.
IMHO, this is the direction powerlifting needs to be going, even if guys juice, there is no doubt whether a guy's strong or if he's got good gear.
